Can I do virtual therapy instead of in-person sessions?
Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients who prefer virtual therapy or need flexible options.
Do you accept insurance, and how does payment work?
Yes, we accept BCBS, BCN, and Aetna insurance plans. If you’re paying out of pocket, we accept cash, credit cards, checks, and HSA/FSA payments. Our intake coordinator can help verify your benefits

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
