Can I pay my bill online?

Can I use an HSA card to pay my bill?

How do I know if my benefits will cover services?
Our intake coordinator can verify your insurance benefits before your first session. You can also contact your insurance provider directly to check coverage details.
How long does it take to get billed my portion after my session?
Once we submit your claim to insurance, it typically takes 2–4 weeks for processing. After that, we will bill you for any remaining balance.
How often will I get an invoice?
Invoices are typically sent out on a monthly basis. If you have an outstanding balance, you will receive a statement reflecting any charges after insurance processing.
If I have questions, who do I contact?

What if I have out-of-network benefits? Do you accept that?
We do not bill out-of-network insurance directly, but if your plan offers out-of-network coverage, we can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
What is a copay, deductible, or coinsurance?
Copay: A fixed amount you pay for each session, determined by your insurance plan. Deductible: The amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins covering services. Coinsurance: A percentage of the session cost you are responsible for after meeting your deductible.
